Our 24hr Fresh Operation sees 15 refrigerated vans servicing the whole of Scotland daily. With the addition of our new 7.5 tonne Hybrid Truck we are working with the Enviornment too! Our experienced buyers are sourcing the freshest ingredients being used by top chefs & caterers. We pride ourselves on keeping everything fresh from field to fork.
